What changes the price
Bedrooms and bathrooms are the biggest factors. Square footage and pet status are secondary. Recurring frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly) discounts the per-visit price by 10–25%.
We don't charge for: parking, supplies, day-of-the-week, or time-of-day. The price you see is the price you pay.
How payment works
We authorize your card at booking — that's a hold, not a charge. We capture the actual amount once the visit is complete and you've had a chance to walk through the home. If something's off, you flag it inside the app and we re-clean or refund before any money moves.
